Weekly update - Autumn has finally arrived in style

So after an extended end of summer and some unseasonably dry and sunny days Autumn has finally arrived and it's time to dig out the hat, gloves & high vis jacket. The last few days have been torrential and foggy, why is it when you divert from the normal routes to find a drier route you always end up getting wetter and muddier :-) Shoes suffered and half run with rucked insoles (not ideal)

Otherwise all going well and back in the gym after a few weeks lay off too which certainly helps the all round fitness levels. Just need to get back in the pool and see if shoulder can cope with swimming strokes.

I am nearly ready with my photography that I will be selling as part of my fundraising activity and these will be available either directly from the Boathouse at Rouken Glen or via my ebay store
